Ezekiel Elliott's father shares photo of his son in hospital

After Ohio State lost to Michigan State two weeks back, Buckeyes star running back Ezekiel Elliott revealed that he'd been in the hospital earlier in the week with an infection.

On Saturday Elliott's father, Stacy, shared two photos of his son in the facility. Stacy Elliott claims that it was all kept a secret. He also claims that it was a "miracle" that Elliott could stand on gameday.

The timing here is certainly odd. But the photos do seem to eliminate any doubt that Zeke was under the weather.

Elliott was given only 12 carries against the Spartans, and had his lowest output (33 yards) of the year. He rebounded against Michigan the following week, rushing for 214 yards in a big victory over the Wolverines.
