Multiple media outlets have reported that former South Carolina linebacker Marcquis Roberts has announced his plans to come play for the Jayhawks.

The 6-foot-1, 215-pound linebacker was sidelined in his first two seasons at South Carolina, but performed well during his first season on the field in 2013. However, his productivity tapered off last season.

Roberts has two years of eligibility left, but his ability to immediately play for the Jayhawks depends on whether or not he has received his bachelor's degree.
