Frank Beamer to be keynote speaker at Jim Harbaugh's coaching clinic

Virginia Tech's recently retired legendary football coach Frank Beamer will be the keynote speaker at Jim Harbaugh’s coaching clinic, which runs March 10-12 in Ann Arbor.

Before his retirement, Beamer was the winningest active coach in the FBS. The longtime Hokies head coach ended his career with a 238-121-2 record and guided Virginia Tech to 23 straight winning seasons.

In 2015, Virginia Tech finished with a 7-6 record after topping Tulsa, 55-52, in the Independence Bowl. Beamer coached for 29 years and was named the conference coach of the year five times and won seven conference championships.
