Houston Baptist, SMU agree to 2024 game

(STATS) - Houston Baptist and SMU will play each other for the first time this season, and they announced a second meeting in 2024 on Monday.

Both games are scheduled for Ford Stadium in Dallas. This year's game will be played Sept. 29; a date in 2024 will be determined.

Houston Baptist, a Southland Conference program finished 1-10 under coach Vic Shealy last year.
