How good will the BYU offense be next season?

Published Apr. 27, 2015 4:40 p.m. ET

BYU quarterback Taysom Hill was on the Heisman watch last season before he broke his leg. Now, in Robert Anae's third season as the offensive coordinator, Hill is expecting even more explosive plays this year.

“Our offensive scheme is really good," Hill told the Deseret Morning News. "Being able to stand back and watch everything that’s going on (during the spring), we’re really hard to stop and we’re really hard to defend."

Last season, BYU won games with a high-powered offense and averaged 37.1 points and 460 yards of total offense per game. This season, with a healthy Hill, and perhaps a healthy Jamaal Williams, the BYU players and coaching staff believe the offense is ready to improve and reach new heights.
