No. 15 Stanford (3–1) hosts Washington State (2–2) in Palo Alto on Sunday in a Pac-12 matchup.

The Cardinal remains formidable, but took a 44–6 thrashing from Washington last week and needs a bounce-back game here. Do-it-all running back Christian McCaffrey will again shoulder the load, with Notre Dame looming on the schedule.
