Huskies' 'don't have a solid five' on offensive line right now

The Washington Huskies knew they were going to have issues on the offensive line this season. However, when their most experienced lineman, Dexter Charles, was forced to retire earlier this week, the Huskies plans took a major hit.

“It’s a hard day,” UW coach Chris Petersen said of Charles' injury, according to Adam Jude of The Seattle Times. “It’s a hard day for him. It’s a hard day for us.”

Chris Strausser, UW's offensive line coach, believes that his team does not have a starting five right now and will continue to move players around until they do.

“We don’t have a solid five right now,” Strausser said, according to Jude. “We are going to move some bodies around until we find the right pieces.”

Right now, the Huskies will try anyone out at offensive line. It's going to be a cause for concern all season long.
