Idaho State seeks to rebound in 2017
(STATS) - Idaho State will play five home games and visit two FBS opponents while trying to rebound in its 11-game 2017 schedule which was announced Monday.
The Bengals are coming off a 2-9 season, including a 1-7 last-place finish in the Big Sky.
Coach Mike Kramer's squad will face Western Oregon for the first time in its season opener at Holt Arena on Aug. 31. Within the Big Sky, the Bengals will host Cal Poly (Sept. 30), Montana (Oct. 7), Portland State (Oct. 21) and UC Davis (Nov. 4).
The road portion of the schedule includes back-to-back games at Mountain West Conference members Utah State (Sept. 7) and Nevada (Sept. 16).
