Indiana's Coleman could fit defending champs

There are probably lots of teams that would like to have a talented running back like Tevin Coleman if they can get him at the right spot in the draft, but how would he look in a Patriots uniform?

The Boston Herald notes in a a draft profile of Coleman he not only "has a lot of traits that Bill Belichick values in his running backs" but also that those shares a birthday (April 16) with the head coach.

OK, that might not matter much, but how about this?

“He’s got great hands, so I see him as an every down guy,” IU running backs coach Deland McCullough told The Herald. “But if you’re looking for a fit in with the Patriots, he’s a different type of back than (current Patriots running back LeGarrette) Blount. . . . He’d give them that speed factor, for sure."
