A Rivals.com 5-star linebacker -- also ranked as the No. 11 player nationally -- has truncated his final list down to Auburn, Clemson, and LSU.

The athlete out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. is a potential high-impact player as a true freshman. Smith's overall versatility is a significant part of his game. He can function as an outside linebacker covering in space, and can also put his hand down in the dirt and rush off the edge.
