The stars were out in droves at Jim Mora's "Count On Me" Foundation event over the weekend in Westwood. And among the celebrity invitees was none other than Mora's father, Jim E. Mora.

The elder Mora has been involved with his son's team, whether it's attending practice or watching film. Bruins Nation was at the event and asked the elder Mora about his thoughts on the Bruins in 2015 and how might the Pac-12 shake out. He made some pretty good observations.

"They should have a pretty good team," Mora said via Bruins Nation. "They've got a lot of guys back. And, the competition is really good.

"The Pac-12 is really an outstanding conference. I look at the schedule. Arizona, Arizona State...They play them successive weeks. That's going to be tough. Stanford..they haven't beaten Stanford yet. But, Cal's getting better. Colorado's getting better. Washington State's getting better. Everybody's getting better. It's really a competitive conference."

That's for sure. You can catch the video interview at Bruins Nation.
