Jim Mora's biggest challenge in 2015? Managing expectations for Josh Rosen

UCLA is in somewhat of an unusual position heading into the 2015 season. The Bruins have the potential to be a top-10 program thanks to a veteran group anchoring the offensive line, the return of Paul Perkins, who rushed for 1,000-plus yards last season. Myles Jack anchoring the defense and a slew of weapons at receiver also add to the intrigue.

But among the several challenges Jim Mora faces, perhaps none is greater than tempering expectations for true freshman quarterback Josh Rosen, the five-star standout pegged as the nation's top recruit in 2015.

Jason Fray over at Bleacher Report lists the three biggest challenges facing Jim Mora, and perhaps chief among them is how he'll handle Josh Rosen.

"Should Rosen be named the starter, he'll garner inevitable attention from the media," Fray writes. "It's incumbent upon Mora and his staff to not allow this to become a distraction -- for the team or player."

Just about everyone has rave reviews for Rosen. His poise in the pocket and accurate arm was well on display during the Bruins' final spring practice at the Rose Bowl. He's a cerebral quarterback who consumes knowledge and has shown the ability to perform on the field, albeit in practices.

If Rosen can translate classroom success onto the field, the Bruins will have no trouble picking up where where they left off last year. And you can be expectations will soar even higher.
