Lowell Narcisse is an extremely dynamic player at the quarterback position. Depending on what ranking you look at, he is considered to be anywhere from the 10-15th best quarterback prospect in the 2017 recruiting class. He is considered by many to be the top player at the position in the state of Louisiana.

Narcisse plays at St. James, where he lights up the field with his ability to burn defense both running and passing. He is an athletic quarterback who can make plays in ways many couldn’t dream of, and is at his best when the pocket collapses and he is forced to improvise. His ability to elude defenders and buy time to get the ball down field is a gift you just can’t teach. Whether he launches one deep or tucks the ball and runs, Narcisse has an uncanny ability to produce when things break down.

He is a quarterback who can effectively take a designed run for big yardage with his speed. He has a great arm, and the ball seems to effortlessly come out of his hand like a missile. There are some areas he needs to improve on, and decision making could be better, but this is a player with loads of potential.
