Mariota nominated for ESPY Award for Best Male College Athlete

Marcus Mariota may be on his way to collecting even more trophies.

On Wednesday, Mariota was nominated for an ESPY Award. His category, Best Male College Athlete, will see him pitted against Boston University hockey player Jack Eichel, Wisconsin basketball player Frank Kaminsky, Ohio State wrestler Logan Stieber and Vanderbilt baseball player Dansby Swanson.

Mariota, the No. 2 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, won Oregon's first Heisman Trophy in 2014 and led the Ducks to their second ever national championship appearance.
