Maryland's Rowe working to limit mistakes with Michigan coming to town

Maryland quarterback Caleb Rowe has had a rocky start to the 2015 season.

That much is clear by his stat line so far: 32 for 64 for 381 yards with four touchdowns and nine interceptions.

Despite starting only two of Maryland's four games, Rowe leads the nation in passes picked off.

How can he turn things around?

Playing within himself would help.

"Feeling like I need to make a play is when I kind of go out of my game a little bit and I do too much," Rowe told the Baltimore Sun. "I feel like I need to and that's when I get in trouble. When things weren't going well last week, I felt like I had to force a ball in there to make a throw that sometimes I'm able to make, but they're not smart decisions.

"I'm learning."
