Bruce, a four-star wide receiver from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., originally committed to the Hurricanes in 2014, but showed reservations after Miami fired head coach Al Golden. That opened the door for schools like OSU to come knocking.
However, the 5-8, 180-pound wide out who is ranked the 82nd-best prospect in the nation by 247Sports will be staying in his hometown.
