Michigan's governor reveals his loyalties in Spartans-Wolverines game

Which team will Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder be cheering for on Saturday when the two big football powers in the state play each other at Michigan Stadium?

He made it clear in an email to the Detroit News that he will be sticking with his alma mater.

"As a proud Michigan alum, I say, 'Go Blue!'" Snyder said in an email to The News. "Though, I do say, 'Go Green' when the Spartans aren't playing the Wolverines."

Snyder praised the jobs both coaches have done, including Jim Harbaugh for turning the Wolverines into a highly ranked team in his first season at the helm and Mark Dantonio for building "a top-tier college football program."
