As announced by the SEC Thursday morning, seven individuals from various schools in the conference will form a group reviewing any and all issues pertaining to student-athlete conduct.

Chancellor Dr. R. Bowen Loftin will assume the role as the chair of the group.

There are many items on the proverbial agenda in which this group will look at. First and foremost, the transfer policy will be reviewed. Possible eligibility issues for any athlete will also be addressed.

"This working group has been established to engage in a continued conversation on student-athlete conduct for the ultimate purpose of making recommendations for Conference policies or institutional best practices to shape student-athlete behavioral expectations in the SEC," said Commissioner Greg Sankey.

Drug testing policies and the discussing of existing NCAA policies will also be analyzed within this committee featuring Chancellor Dr. Jimmy Cheek of Tennessee, Professor David Shipley of Georgia, Director of Athletics David Williams of Vanderbilt, Director of Athletics Scott Stricklin of Mississippi State, Senior Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator Julie Cromer of Arkansas, and Associate Dean of Students Dr. Matt Gregory of LSU.
