MSU All-American Jack Conklin still weighing NFL options
Michigan State left tackle Jack Conklin has a Big Ten championship and All-America recognition.
Next he hopes to add a national championship.
And what's after that?
Per MLive.com, the junior isn't sure yet.
Conklin would seem to have the size and athleticism to play in the NFL, perhaps at one of the league's glamour positions: left tackle.
He is also a fourth-year collegian after beginning his career as a walk-on and redshirting in 2012.
A three-year starter, Conklin was named a first-team All-American by The Sporting News earlier this week.
"I don't know yet, but right now, it's not about me, it's about Michigan State and working with my teammates to beat Alabama and get to the national championship game in Phoenix," said Conklin, a 6-foot-6, 325-pounder. "For us to be in this situation, it has been 50 years since Michigan State has been in this position, and that outweighs anything I'll do in my life, and that's going to be a part of who I am."
