MSU recruit compares Dantonio's approach to Match.com

Cameron Chambers, the first and still one of the highest-rated members of the 2016 Michigan State recruiting class, summed up how coach Mark Dantonio is assembling a top 10 recruiting class in a unique way.

"He finds people that fit the mold, fit the chemistry," Chambers told the Detroit Free Press. "It's like he's running Match.com or something."

While Chambers is probably not the first person to compare college football recruiting to dating, what does the New Jersey native mean exactly?

Well, not only do many members of the class -- who are all finishing up their junior years of high school -- share a lot of common interests, they also have a constant line of communication open via a group text quarterback Messiah deWeaver started. They also jointly run Twitter handle @MSUDreamTeam2016, and have relationships forged through meetings at MSU functions.

"We've got guys in this class who are really charismatic and communicate very well," Curtis Blackwell, an MSU staff member who helps coordinator recruiting, told the paper. "And that carries a whole lot more weight. It's unusual to get this many kids like that."

Much like Chambers' unusual explanation for how it works.
