Oregon is still favored to win vs. Colorado, but just barely

Colorado (3-1) has solid momentum heading into its home game vs. Oregon on Saturday, but few if any could have guessed how close this game might be.

The line opened up at +10 for Colorado. As of 1:35 PM PST on Tuesday, Oregon was listed as the Vegas Insider favorite on the road vs. Colorado. But the Ducks are still only considered favorites by 7.5 points. As ESPN's David Lombardi noted on Twitter, "Absolutely would not have predicted that entering the season, but it makes weird sense now."

Oregon looked bad last week, but for those keep tracking at home: Oregon played for the College Football Playoff National Championship last season, while Colorado was 2-10.

UO has won five in a row vs. Colorado, dating back to the 2002 Fiesta Bowl. In the last four matches, the Ducks have outscored the Buffaloes by 216-42.

Since Colorado joined the Pac-12, that's an average score of about 54-11. Yes, you read that right.
