While Oregon's day-to-day motto is "Win The Day", it's recruiting motto might as well be "Need for Speed". Based on his recent performance in the 40-yard dash, Oregon wide receiver commit Theo Howard will fit right in.

Howard, a four-star WR commit from Westlake High School in Southern California, ran a 4.38 second 40-yard in the Oakland regionals and finished in the top-five of Nike's SPARQ testing portion of the camp. For his efforts, Howard received an invite to The Opening Finals, which takes place at Nike's campus in Beaverton, Oregon.

Howard is a 5'11", 168-pound athlete and is rated as the No. 19 wide receiver in the country and No. 106 player overall, according to Rivals.
