PHOTO: Arizona State will wear 'Desert Hammer' uniforms vs. UCLA
The Sun Devils will wear a grey, white and grey Adidas football uniform vs. the Bruins on Saturday.
@SunDevilEquip first shared the images on Twitter, after @FootballASU introduced the "Be the Hammer" theme for the undershirt. ASU tributes their home state's nickname of The Copper State, known for the land's rich minerals, in color.
"The ‘Be The Hammer’ alternate uniform is centered around a steel gray color scheme that represents the head of the team’s ceremonial hammer," writes TheSunDevils.com.
Arizona State also wore "Desert Ice" uniforms on the road vs. Texas A&M to begin the 2015 football season. For more, click here.
