Photo: Georgia Tech to wear sweet honeycomb helmets versus FSU

Desperate to snap out of a five-game losing streak, Georgia Tech will wear its sweet honeycomb helmets this Saturday when it hosts No. 6 Florida State at 7 p.m.

The Yellow Jackets fans will be participating in a “whiteout” while Georgia Tech (2-5, 0-4) will wear its alternate white uniforms for its clash with the Seminoles (6-0, 4-0).

While Tech will be looking to end its streak, the Seminoles are hoping to keep theirs alive. FSU has won 28 straight ACC games and stand one victory away from tying their own conference record of 29, which spanned from 1992-95.
