PHOTO: Missouri opting for 'white-out' jerseys Saturday vs. BYU
Amid the racial tensions, turmoil and protests surrounding the University of Missouri this past week, the football team is getting back to its gridiron history from a traditional sense.

Against BYU this upcoming weekend, the Tigers will don an all-white look with its uniform. The look is playing homage to 2007 -- when then-No. 4 Missouri defeated then-No. 2 Kansas at Arrowhead Stadium while wearing white jerseys.
Saturday's game (also at Arrowhead Stadium) is the first time Missouri has played in Kansas City since 2011. As such, it will wear new Nike uniforms to commemorate the event.
Per the team's website:
The white-out look is something Missouri has never done before. Sitting at 4-5, Gary Pinkel's team will look to get back to its winning ways against what should be a game Cougars' team.
