Photo: UNC's shows uniform combo for first game

North Carolina has known for a while who it will play in its season opener, but now it knows what it will be wearing.

UNC equipment manager Jason Freeman tweeted out the uniform combination the Tar Heels will wear when they face South Carolina on Sept. 3 in Charlotte in the Belk College Kickoff Game.

UNC will don its argyle uniform that was released this summer. The Heels will be equipped in a blue helmet, blue jersey with a white argyle pattern around the neck and white pants with a blue argyle pattern going down the side of the legs.
