The Ducks aren't actually planning to wear glow-in-the-dark uniforms (yet, that is -- don't think Nike isn't paying attention to all of the interest). OK, Oregon, you win.

We've marveled at the Ducks' many uniform styles for years, as Nike's pockets are seemingly endless in Eugene and allow Oregon to come up with cool new stuff every year.

But the latest uniform tease from Oregon puts all others to shame.

The Ducks are now dabbling in -- get this -- GLOW-IN-THE-DARK uniforms.

They've also used a variation of the glow-in-the-dark threads on recruiting letters:

We don't know at this point if Oregon actually intends to wear these on the field or whether they're just for show. We just know that the Ducks have this weapon in their disposal and could choose to deploy it at any time (and if you didn't think college football recruiting is EXACTLY like an international arms race, well here's example No. 9,548).

What do you think about these, Oregon fans?

They're a crazy concept, but I'll still take Oregon's spring uniforms that saluted the U.S. military.
