Recruiting: Tech bolsters 2015 class with senior 'recruit'

Texas Tech added needed depth to a thin offensive line by signing 6-foot-5, 320-pound Emeka Okafor, a senior who will soon graduate from Houston and transfer.

Because he will be a graduate student, Okafor is eligible to play in the 2015 season. He's the second such player the Red Raiders have added.

Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury has some experience with Okafor. Kingsbury was on the Houston staff during Okafor's recruitment and his first season with the Cougars.
