Report: Former Clemson star QB Boyd signs with CFL's Roughriders

Former Clemson star quarterback Tajh Boyd has signed a deal with the Canadian Football League’s Saskatchewan Roughriders, according to a report by Norm Wood of the Daily Press.

Boyd set Clemson and ACC records for passing yards and touchdowns with 11,904 and 107, respectively, before being selected in the sixth round of the NFL Draft by the New York Jets in 2014.

Boyd, who failed to latch on with New York, and was recently cut by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
