Report: Notre Dame RB Bryant to be suspended for four games

Notre Dame running back Greg Bryant will be suspended for the Fighting Irish's season opener against Texas, according to several reports on Monday.

Irish247 reported that Bryant violated team rules, and Pete Sampson of Irish Illustrated tweeted that the suspension will likely last four games.

Bryant, a 5-10, 206-pound rising junior, is a former five-star recruit and rushed for 289 yards and three touchdowns on 54 attempts last season.
