Published Dec. 16, 2015 3:38 p.m. ET

Texas A&M is already down to two quarterbacks after the transfer of sophomore Kyle Allen last week, and now the presumed starter -- freshman Kyler Murray -- is also reportedly interested in transferring.

Billy Liucci of TexAgs.com has this report Wednesday:

A former five-star recruit, Murray came to College Station just last season and turned down an opportunity at a professional baseball career to play football for the Aggies.

If Murray leaves, sophomore Jake Hubenak -- who started the season at No. 3 on the depth chart -- would be the likely starter in the Music City Bowl against Louisville on Dec. 30.
