Rock The Vote: Cougars allowing fans to vote on 18 different Homecoming uniform options

Instead of simply choosing a uniform for its Homecoming game, Washington State has left the job of selecting to its fans.
The Cougars have presented their fans with 18 different uniform combinations that can be voted for on their website.
The winning uniform combination will not be released until game day, which is Oct. 17 versus Oregon State in Pullman.
