Senior Bowl corrects a mistake, adds Brandon Allen to the roster
When the initial 2016 Senior Bowl rosters were announced in early December, one name was notably absent from the list - Arkansas quarterback Brandon Allen. Under first-year offensive coordinator Dan Enos, Allen had one of the finest seasons any senior quarterback had in 2015.
The Razorback quarterback set career-highs his senior season in completions, attempts, passing yards, touchdowns and quarterback rating, not to mention helping the Hogs finish with an 8-5 record following a 1-3 start to the year.
When Allen failed to show up on the Senior Bowl roster, some suggested Allen's omission was clearly a snub:
Considering Alabama starting quarterback Jacob Coker made the team and Allen didn't, it's hard to argue the decision had anything to do with performance or ability. Thankfully the Senior Bowl has corrected the oversight and added Allen to its 2016 roster.

Allen will now be given the opportunity to show what he can do going up against several of the nation's finest senior prospects. The quarterback won't be the only Razorback on the team either, as running back Jonathan Williams and offensive lineman Sebastian Tretola will be joining Allen in Mobile, AL., for the latest edition of the Senior Bowl.
