'She said yes!' Clemson players propose to girlfriends at team banquet
A magical year just got a little bit better for Clemson football players Eric Mac Lain and Travis Blanks.
On Saturday, the Tigers held their team banquet to celebrate the 2015 season in which they went 14-1, won the ACC title and reached the national championship game for the first time since 1981.
During the banquet, Mac Lain, a senior All-ACC guard, and Blanks, a junior linebacker, highlighted the night by proposing to their girlfriends in front of all their teammates and coaches.
