Stoops earned the top honor for Big 12 coaches for the fifth time in his career, most in Big 12 history. OU won its ninth Big 12 title under Stoops.

Mayfield, a juniorm walk-on, earned the top Big 12 offensive honor, joining Sam Bradford, Jason White and Josh Heupel as other Sooners who have won the award. Mayfield accounted for 42 touchdowns this season.
