Spartan offensive line ranked No. 1 in Big Ten

Mark Dantonio does not seem like the type to pay much attention to preseason rankings, but one published this week by BTN.com would have to bring a smile to his face.

BTN.com rates Michigan State's offensive line the best in the Big Ten as summer conditioning gets underway.

After struggling with inconsistency and injuries the previous couple of seasons, the group rounded into form last year and hopes are high for 2015 as four players with starting experience return.

The Spartans, who allowed only 11 sacks last season, edged Ohio State, which also returns four starters from a group that led the Big Ten in rushing en route to the national title, for the top spot.
