Stanford, Oregon move up in College Football Playoff rankings

After big wins last Saturday, both Stanford and Oregon made jumps in the College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday. 

Stanford moved from No. 11 to No. 9 in the rankings, while the Ducks jumped from No. 23 to No. 17. Stanford is the top-ranked two-loss team in the country.

Washington State, after grabbing its eighth win of the season against Colorado, finally cracked the committee's rankings and came in at No. 20.

UCLA moved back into the playoff rankings, coming in at No. 22. Utah, with its loss to the Bruins, moved back from No. 13 to No. 23. USC dropped out of the rankings after being ranked No. 24 last week. 

Stanford is the only ranked Pac-12 team that will play another ranked team in the final week of the regular season. The Cardinal will take on No. 6 Notre Dame on Saturday in Palo Alto.
