Texas football has produced plenty of players for the NFL, often having a handful of picks for the annual draft. The first-round selections have decreased in recent years, but that hasn’t stopped the professional football teams from selecting Longhorns in the middle of the selection process. Plenty of them are still around in the NFL, including one veteran that was in Austin during the early 2000’s.
