Texas Tech backup QB Davis Webb announces plans to transfer

Patrick Mahomes took commanding control of the Texas Tech quarterback position this season, and for that reason, former starter Davis Webb has decided to transfer.

Webb will be a hot commodity on the QB transfer market, seeing as how former Red Raider Baker Mayfield has been such a success for Oklahoma this season. Webb's talent is real, and he could be a missing puzzle piece for a team in need of a leader.
