Texas Tech hires Kevin Patrick as defensive line coach

Texas Tech's defensive line was an extreme area of weakness last season, and the Red Raiders have hired Kevin Patrick in an effort to sure up the unit.

Patrick had an illustrious career as a player and plenty of coaching experience. He played on 'The U' teams of the early 1990s, and he coached at USF. 

Kliff Kingsbury is making a serious effort to revamp his coaching staff, and Patrick is one of the pieces to solving the defensive puzzle.
