Three Hawkeyes picked in NFL Draft

The Iowa Hawkeyes have quietly become on the Big Ten's leading teams when it comes to putting players in the NFL.

Kirk Ferentz has good relationships with many NFL personnel people and they love selecting his players. This year was no different as three Hawkeyes saw their dreams come true. 

The headliner was offensive lineman Brandon Scherff who was selected 5th overall to the Washington Redskins. Defensive tackle Carl Davis was selected with the 26th pick the third round by the Baltimore Ravens and Andrew Donnal was selected with the 20th pick in the 4th round by the St. Louis Rams
