Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, the 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive end narrowed his focus to the following 10 schools: Alabama, Auburn, Baylor, Kansas State, LSU, Miami, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, and Oklahoma.
Hailing from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (by way of Louisiana), Buggs is a special athlete. He was considered undersized coming out of high school in 2015. Since then, he's added both bulk and height during his two-year stay on the JUCO level.
Buggs demonstrates a terrific first-step when crashing around the edge towards opposing quarterbacks. Aggressive and active, he appears to be a perfect fit in both a 4-3 and a 3-4 scheme.
