Two more Baylor staffers out in wake of sex assault scandal
Two more Baylor staffers have been let go in the wake of the sexual assault scandal, a source told FOX Sports on Tuesday.
Colin Shillinglaw, the athletics director for football operations, and Tom Hill, a 15-year veteran of the school, both are out. Shillinglaw has been a right-hand man for former head coach Art Briles and came with him to Waco from Houston after spending five seasons working under him at UH. Hill has worked as a graduate assistant, compliance director, assistant track coach and assistant athletics director in his time in Waco.
Last week Briles was ousted as the Bears head coach. On Monday, AD Ian McCaw resigned in the aftermath of the scandal after naming Jim Grobe as Baylor's acting head coach.
USA Today was first to report the news of Shillinglaw and Hill's terminations.
