Two players leaving program Maryland

Published Apr. 20, 2015 7:40 p.m. ET

Maryland's football roster shrank by two shortly after the conclusion of spring football as the school announced safety Zach Dancel and running back Albert Reid both intend to graduate early and transfer to another school to finish their careers.

Dancel played in 10 games last season, starting the loss to Michigan State.

Reid started the shootout against West Virginia but missed nine games because of injury.
