During the early half of the first quarter vs. BYU, UCLA linebacker Kenny Young was ejected for targeting.

Young, on the first possession of the game, was tossed after hitting opposing quarterback Tanner Mangum on a sliding play. Young led with his helmet on a hit against Mangum just less than four minutes into the game.

So far this season, Young has been one of UCLA's leading tacklers.
