UNC Football: Tar Heels going all-white against Miami
UNC will go with a clean look that they haven’t sported yet in 2016
The North Carolina Tar Heels have a huge ACC Coastal game this weekend as they take a visit to the Sunshine State.
UNC will take on Miami, Saturday in what is a must-win game for the Tar Heels.
Coming off a frustrating loss to Virginia Tech in Week 6, the Tar Heels are looking to turn it around and get right back into the Coastal Division race. They will need some help, but the most important thing is to win out.
As for Miami, they are coming off their first loss of the season which was a heartbreaking one to instate rival Florida State.
Both teams enter the game with one loss in the ACC, meaning both would have to win out and have Virginia Tech lose two times. Miami is still slated to play the Hokies this season,
But for now, Saturday’s game looms as the biggest one.
When the Tar Heels take the field in Coral Gables on Saturday, they will be doing it in a uniform combination we haven’t seen in 2016 yet.
The Tar Heels equipment crew released the jersey combination and it’s pretty slick:

Yep, the Tar Heels are going all-white for the first time this year. White helmet, white jersey and white pants. Love it.
Here’s the combinations UNC has won this season already and the result:
If you notice, the two losses that the Tar Heels have in 2016 feature them wearing the same jersey combination.
Let’s just hope the Tar Heels can turn it around and do it in style with a big win over Miami on Saturday.
