UNC Football: Tar Heels release uniform combination for GT game
Ah, finally North Carolina Tar Heels football is back this week.
The Tar Heels had their bye last week, giving us a long week of no football. They also didn’t get help from Pittsburgh who took on ACC Coastal Division leader Virginia Tech.
But now it’s back to football.
The Tar Heels return to Kenan Memorial Stadium to take on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, with just four games left in the season.
UNC needs a win to keep pace with the Hokies, who are taking on Duke. For the Tar Heels game against the Yellow Jackets, they have released their latest uniform combination.
The equipment team tweeted out a photo of the Tar Heels jersey as they are going with an all-blue look, outside of the helmet.

This is the first time all season that UNC will go with this combination of blue jersey, blue pants and white helmet.
Here’s how they have fared with combinations this season:
Kickoff between the Tar Heels (6-2) and Yellow Jackets (5-3) is set for 11 a.m. ET in Chapel Hill on Saturday.
