Video: Herbstreit picking No. 14 Georgia Tech over No. 8 Notre Dame?

Georgia Tech will head to South Bend on Saturday for a marquee matchup with Notre Dame that will no doubt be one of the most talked about contests this weekend.

Both the No. 14 ranked Yellow Jackets (2-0) and the No. 8 Fighting Irish will kick off at 3:30 p.m. with perfect records, but just who will end the game with an unblemished record is anyone’s guess.

On Wednesday, ESPN college football analysts Kirk Herbstreit proclaimed that Georgia Tech is the “real deal” and seemed to be leaning towards picking the Yellow Jackets to stun the Irish in South Bend.

Georgia Tech beat Alcorn State, 69-9, in Week 1, before blowing by Tulane, 65-10 in Week 2. Notre Dame kicked off the season with a 38-3 win over Texas and pulled out a 34-27 thriller over Virginia last weekend.
