Running back Deontae Cooper had some words of advice for his teammates and other Pac-12 freshman at Pac-12 Media Days on Thursday.
When Cooper, a sixth-year junior, was prompted by reporters to give advice to incoming Pac-12 freshman about fall cap, Cooper gave the six pieces of advice, according to ESPN's Chantel Jennings:
1. Take it one day at a time

2. Get a lot of sleep
3. Use your days off as days off
4. Eat ice cream
5. Be serious about post.pre-practice treatment
6. Always go home and tell someone you love them
