WATCH: Baylor's ripped Oakman cranks out pull-ups with 120 pounds

Normal human beings do pull-ups with just their body weight. If you can do one full body-weight pull-up, you're reasonably fit and have solid upper-body strength.

Well, we have long known that Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman is not a normal human being.

If the photo above doesn't prove that, then this video from May of Oakman doing a 40-inch box jump with 70-pound dumbbells in each hand surely will.

The other day, the jacked 6-foot-9, 280-pounder gave us another glimpse of how he's killing time during the offseason and staying strong.

Oakman posted a video of himself doing pull-ups in the gym, except unlike the rest of us, he had a 120-pound wrecking ball attached to his waist.

He cranked out four full pull-ups with the weight, which would be impressive at the start of his workout. Who knows how deep into his workout he did this. Oakman already has a lather and is clearly in the middle of his work, so maybe this is his 134th set of upper-body work on this day (and none of you would be surprised by that).

There's a reason this dude was an honorable mention on Bruce Feldman's Freaks list last year (Bruce went with Bryce Petty for his Baylor pick and could have easily gone with Oakman). It's a pretty safe bet he'll have his own spot on this year's Freaks list later this summer.
